Updating the Pay Rate Field

*** Note if you're using relationships, you will need to manually update the pay rates, view how to do that here ***

Login to your MyRecruitment+ Account and navigate to Account Settings > Job > Approval Field Library > Search for the Pay Rate and click on the field.




Click the “+ Bulk Answers”




If your updating previous pay rates select the “Append imported values to existing data (If unticked existing data gets deleted, before imported values are added)”




Setting up your new Pay Rates for upload

Place a column of commas between each column, this will




Save the document as a .CSV file.




Select the cells that need to be uploaded and copy them to your clipboard.




Paste your clipboard into the text box in the bulk upload area and click save.




You can see your updated pay rates in the field settings, Click save to update the field.
