How to get Job descriptions to appear in application questions

This workaround can be used when a job posting site won't allow downloadable links in posts.

Please note it will be a change that affects all positions using the application questions for the job you are trying to do this for.


Steps

Part 1: linking the file to the position

Go to Org Chart > Positions:


From there, click on the relevant position:





Scroll down to "Job Description", drop the panel, and then upload the job description file to "Job Description File"




Part 2: adding the job description to the application questions

Go to the jobs list, and click on an opening for that job.



Click on the Design tab


Scroll down to Application Questions and click edit on the questions that are being used for this position:





Click "Pick from Library"


Search for "Job Description" in the top right and add it to the form

If there is a job description file attached to the position via the org chart it will appear, otherwise, it will show like this
