How to update the email templates for your recruitment workflows

Note: Shared recruitment workflow stages will have the same email templates; changing one will affect all the workflows that use that same stage.



First, navigate to the Job Portal:



Then go to Job and then click on Recruitment workflows:



Then click on the workflow of interest:


From there, click the cogwheel and then edit:






Click yes:




From there you can start editing the email template by clicking on it:
