There are a multitude of ways to send a pack, but first it has to be created.
1. Creating through a job (linked):The best and most reliable way is to create a pack "through a job". This ensures that any and all important information from the requisition form is included and can be used in the pack and relevant automated emails.
Click on relevant job > Candidates > click the specific candidate you wish to send the pack to.

This will open a dialogue box that will allow you to select the pack you wish to send. Choose a pack then click Start, and this will create the pack.
2. Through Recent PacksThis method will create a pack that isn't linked to any job. This is not recommended in most cases.

Select the pack template you wish to use, then click Next, then find and select the candidate/employee you wish to send to, and then press Start.
Sending a packSome pack items may require approval or fields to be finalised before sending:

But once they are approved and are ready to send, click the Start Sending button. Make any necessary changes to the email, then press Send Invite.

I hope this was helpful!
